She also has specialized experience supporting survivors of intimate partner and domestic violence, always approaching her work with deep respect for each person’s lived experience.

Her therapeutic style is integrative and trauma-informed, blending evidence-based approaches like Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support emotional growth and resilience. At the heart of her practice is a belief in honouring the mind, body, emotions, and spirit together.

Working with Nadine means entering into a relationship built on trust, dignity, and respect—where you're not just listened to, but truly heard.

Why Counselling Matters

We all face times in life when things feel too heavy to carry alone. Counselling offers a safe, confidential space to talk things through with someone who is trained to help. Whether you’re feeling lost in your emotions, struggling to navigate a life transition, or healing from past trauma, counselling provides tools for coping, space for self-reflection, and a pathway forward.

Nadine’s clients often share that they feel more understood, grounded, and empowered after working with her — with a clearer sense of self and a renewed ability to move through life with confidence.

What Does MA, CCC Mean?

Nadine holds a Master’s degree in Counselling and is a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).

The C.C.C. designation represents a high standard of education, ethics, and professional development. To earn this credential, practitioners must complete a Master’s-level education in counselling, a supervised clinical practicum, pass a vulnerable sector criminal record check, and continue ongoing education to maintain their certification.

The C.C.C title signifies that a counsellor has met national standards and adheres to a strict code of ethics and conduct — giving clients peace of mind that they are in capable, trustworthy hands.
