Brentwood Chiropractic is excited to announce that we will be open on Sundays from 9 AM to 2 PM starting on January 12th, 2025! This new addition to our hours is aimed at providing greater flexibility and convenience for our patients in Sherwood Park and the surrounding areas. We know that life can be busy, and we want to make sure that high-quality chiropractic care is more accessible to everyone in our community.
As part of our commitment to personalized, evidence-based care, we’re also thrilled to introduce the newest member of our clinic team, Dr. Nikolas Helfrich, who will be available for patient care as the lead Chiropractor for our new Sunday hours!
Dr. Nik brings a holistic approach to chiropractic care, focusing on tailoring treatment plans to meet each patient's unique goals and needs. With his N=1 approach, he strives to address the root cause of problems rather than simply treating symptoms.
Dr. Nik holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree with honours from the University of Alberta and graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minneapolis with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He is experienced in a variety of treatment techniques, including chiropractic adjusting (diversified, drop piece, and activator), soft tissue therapies (Graston and manual release techniques), stretching, and home exercise programs.
In addition to his professional expertise, Dr. Nik is a Sherwood Park local who has a passion for sports. When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find him playing pickleball, golf, or enjoying time with family and friends. He’s also a huge fan of the Edmonton Oilers and Minnesota Vikings!
