Holding a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta and a 2200-hour diploma from Vicars School of Massage Therapy, Tracy is proud to be part of the multidisciplinary team at Brentwood Chiropractic Clinic as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2024.
Tracy’s transition from the corporate world into healthcare was guided by a deep commitment to personal growth and the transformative power of self-care. Many clients begin their wellness journey feeling unsure of where to start. Tracy’s approach emphasizes empowerment through connection, creativity, and choice, supporting clients in building clarity, confidence, and trust in their bodies.
Known for her thoughtful, intentional care, Tracy completes thorough assessments and favors extended-duration treatments - with 90-minute sessions being her preferred way to allow meaningful change, deeper relaxation, and lasting therapeutic benefit. She has a particular interest in fascial massage, cupping, and conditions of the head, neck, and jaw, including posture-related tension, TMJ dysfunction, headaches, and migraines.
Tracy is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and trauma-aware space, where all clients—including those within the LGBTQIA2S+ community—feel safe, respected, and supported.
Through ongoing education and a broad range of therapeutic techniques, Tracy tailors each treatment to the individual—whether the goal is pain relief, improved mobility, nervous system regulation, or simply time to rest and reconnect.
