Holding a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta and having completed the 2200-hour program at Vicars School of Massage Therapy, Tracy is proud to be part of the multidisciplinary team at Brentwood Chiropractic Clinic as a Registered Massage Therapist.
Tracy’s journey from the corporate world to the realm of wellness is rooted in a deep commitment to personal growth and the transformative power of self-care. Many clients begin their wellness journey unsure of where to start, but Tracy believes that empowered clients gain a sense of direction when supported through connection, creativity, and choice—three core values that guide her practice.
With a thoughtful and intentional approach, Tracy conducts thorough assessments and specializes in extended-duration treatments (90-minute treatments are her favorite), allowing clients the time and space to experience deeper relaxation and therapeutic benefits. She is particularly passionate about fascial massage, cupping, and treating conditions of the head, neck, and jaw, including posture concerns, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, headaches, and migraines. Tracy is dedicated to creating a welcoming, inclusive space, ensuring all clients—including those from the LGBTQIA2S+ community—feel safe and supported.
Through ongoing education and a range of therapeutic techniques, Tracy tailors her treatments to each individual’s needs—whether they seek relief from pain, improved mobility, or simply a moment of deep relaxation.
