Tracy’s journey from the corporate world to the world of wellness is marked by a profound dedication to self-care and the transformative power of personal development. While clients may not know how to direct their wellness journey, Tracy believes that empowered clients have a sense of direction when nurtured through connection, creativity, and choice; three core values that drive her practice.
Tracy demonstrates thorough interview practices and specializes in extended-duration treatments (60 minutes or longer), prioritizing the benefits of allowing ample time for relaxation and therapeutic effects. Her current passions in her practice include myofascial massage and cupping and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization techniques, along with conditions of the head, neck, and jaw (posture, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, headaches, and migraines). LGBTQIA2S+ community safe and welcome.
Armed with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta and completing Vicars School of Massage Therapy’s rigorous 2200-hour curriculum with a 4.0 gpa, Tracy is proud to be part of Brentwood Chiropractic Clinic’s multi-disciplinary team as a Registered Massage Therapist.
With an intentional approach in the treatment room and a dedication to ongoing education, Tracy is well-equipped to guide and support clients on their path to wellness. From traditional massage therapy to supplementary techniques and modalities, Tracy offers a range of options to cater to individual preferences and needs.
