I take a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, recognizing that healing happens when we nurture the mind, body, emotions, and spirit together. Using evidence-based therapies like Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help clients deepen their self-awareness, develop emotional resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. Above all, I believe in fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, dignity, and respect.
I have experience working with youth, adults, couples and families facing a wide range of concerns, including stress, trauma, self-esteem, grief, and relationship challenges. I have also worked with survivors of intimate partner and domestic violence by helping them navigate the complex emotions that come with these experiences. My approach is trauma-informed and deeply rooted in honouring each person’s lived experience and personal autonomy.
