Exercise is the key to long term success with most injuries and for good health in general.

At Brentwood we recognize that everyone is different, so while we can provide advanced exercises for the elite athlete we recognize that for busy people, overloaded parents, or those not used to exercising that most programs are too intensive and designed for us to fail.  Therefore, our motto is “The Best Exercises Are The Ones You Actually Do!” 

We will provide you with 1-3 key exercises that you can do anywhere, anytime throughout your day and get great results. What we often find is that as our treatments ease your pain and these simple exercises help you feel better you become ready and excited for more advanced programs.

So, whether you are the elite athlete, the weekend warrior, or the couch potato (and we have lots of exercises you can do while sitting in front of your TV) we have the exercise program for you.
